Newest Edition to DENWERKS: 1968 Ford Mustang Hardtop
We just pulled in our newest Vehicle, a 1968 Ford Mustang Hardtop. She's a solid black with a v8 and automatic transmission.
This model was considered in the first generation (64'-73')of Mustangs, and was the first redesign of the original model which they changed in 67'. The model redesign was to increase the cars size to fit in a V8 engine.
Some of the Biggest changes for the 1968 model were increased safety with a two-spoke energy-absorbing steering wheel. They also introduced shoulder belts, rear side marker lights, and they removed the Ford Lettering on the front hood.
Some of the things we will be doing to the car include : new Magnum Wheels, New Steering wheel, Fog Lamps, 289 Hip Air Cleaner, Aluminum Valve Covers, Monti Carlo bar, and some Engine detail.
